“We have 3 of these and had to replace one after a fire. Without asking the receptionist offered a generous discount which was greatly appreciated. The product is great. Always retracts perfectly and looks neat. Over time you may have to keep the spray gun serviced, mainly lubrication and O rings may need replacing. Delivery is always prompt. Probably buy another one as we have a big block and want reliable hoses in case of a fire emergency.”
“I had 3 hoses - 2 x 20m Hoselink Retractables and one old fashioned cheapo green tangled mess. Once you have used a Hoselink Retractable there is no going back, so I just had to purchase a new 30m retractable. I installed it this morning and everything works perfectly. Now I am a happy hoser !”
