“Whilst I’m sure it’s a great product I can’t say yet. This might be a one off, but it really annoyed us. We ordered 2 Retractable Hose Reels and where happy that they arrived within a couple of days. However all the accessories were missing. When we called we were told replacement boxes went out instead of the boxes with all the accessories. So another couple of days later we got the accessories and thought it was great service until we realised that 2 parts were still missing. So we called again and are now waiting for the next parcel to arrive. Whilst the customer service was great, we would have preferred to get the complete product and not have to keep following up.”
