“Two out of three of our retractable hose reels malfunction on our hills property. I think the reels may be fine in suburbia but add some dust and it's painful. I have to wrap the hose around the tap to prevent it from retracting and the other hose won't return to the housing once it's retracted! Expensive, dysfunctional products!”
