“After having a messy hose for years with constant problems with leaks, we can safely say that Hoselink fixes all of this in an instant. Everything feels strong and durable and the retraction process is easy breezy. Pulling the hose out takes some getting used to as well as moving around corners, but isn't terrible and I guess comes with the simple retraction process. We will definitely be purchasing more products from Hoselink!”
“I have been a Hoselink customer for some years and I've found their products to be well made and fit for purpose, however, I was disappointed to discover that, when the spring broke, my 30m retractable hose reel was not repairable. To be fair to the product it was at least partially submerged in a flood. I hosed out the interior afterwards to remove the silt but the spring must have been compromised in the process. So it's quite likely not the fault of the product that the spring broke they probably don't usually get wet. But surely a quality product should not have to be discarded for the sake of a spring. Hoselink kindly offered me a discount on a replacement reel but, even with the discount, a new reel unit costs a lot more than a new spring. This is not a 5-star product you wouldn't have to throw a 5-star product away for the sake of a spring costing a few dollars.”

It should become obvious once you start. The last verse is two lines long, starting with Well done to Hoselink. Our old garden hose had given up the ghost. It needed replacing or our plants would become toast! But where to go, and what to buy? We'd heard about Hoselink - we'd give them a try. Their website was clear and easy to use. Their prices were reasonable. What was there to lose? We ordered a hose complete with reel. With all its components - this was a good deal! In two days it arrived, and we could see it was of excellent design and high quality. On the garden wall it was easy to set, and soon after, our plants were again getting wet! Well done to Hoselink - they have won our respect. Try them yourself if your hose is wrecked!”
