“My hose real arrived promptly and in perfect condition. It was easy to install ( even for a woman of mature age!). I was a bit worried about whether I would be able to lift it but it was quite light, even though I purchased a larger one. So far so good ( great even!) I only wish I'd ordered it earlier. “I'm in love, this product it's excellent - i have had OTHER brands and they stuff up, are hard to lock and unlock. I wish I had saved my money and got Hozelink at the beginning. YEP they cost more but so does fighting with the cheepies and trying to get them to work. I brought 2 of the 30 M retractable hose reels and am thinking of getting more for other areas of the garden, we are on a large block and they just work so well. I have not towed the car with the hose, but as a X RFS officer (fireman) I can see why the fittings are so strong, being similar to the Stortz fittings used on fire hoses.
