“Love how neat n tidy our Hoselink hose and reel is. Our only negative was that in buying a 30m long hose, we hadn't considered that the water pressure would be lessened. We wish we'd bought a shorter hose length with several bracket attachments to move it around our yard.”
“I've used a few retractable hose reels in my time but this is by far the best! It's still rather new and I haven't used it a lot yet but so far it is amazing and I feel like it is really great quality. I have nothing but praise for the product and for the purchasing process, which was also brilliant! I always hesitate a little when buying things online but it couldn't have been easier; you can pay via PayPal (which is my preferred method of payment with online purchases) and I was not only sent the receipt immediately but sent messages updating me on the progress of my order and the shipment of it so I knew exactly what was happening and when to expect my delivery. I thought because I was buying this just before Christmas that there might be some delays, but no - it was actually incredibly quick. In terms of price, it's really quite competitive compared to other hose reels (or at least the ones I've previously bought) and I'm perfectly happy to pay this sort of money for a product when it is good, and this one is, so I'm very pleased!
