“I purchased a 30 metre retractable Hoselink hose reel a month ago to help water my large garden and also act as a precaution for fire being able to reach right across the back and down each side of my house, gives me the option to fight a small fire if I ever find myself in this unfortunate situation. It gives me a little extra peace of mind anyway. Perhaps more relevantly I have plenty of extra hose length to reach any part of my garden. I found the installation of the wall bracket to be quite straightforward and should not pose any problems for anyone with basic handman skills and a drill. The retractable reel itself is superb. The retractable mechanism locks and unlocks with ease whenever you need, the internal bearings provide a smooth and effortless motion and the hose is a kink proof high-quality hose that should last well for years. The multi-function trigger doesn't leak and all the various spray functions work as you would expect. Being of metal contruction, I anticipate the trigger spray gun to work well for many years, something you don't get from the cheaper plastic ones that most people buy. The hose reel itself also swivels easily on its mount and looks really smart tucked against my back wall. Of course the hose connectors finish off the product and provide a reliable non leaking, non-bursting attachment to my tap. I have full confidence in the entire product and can recommend this reel to anyone wating a quality long lasting option for watering their garden. Spend the little extra on a Hoselink reel, you won't be disappointed.”
“Having had 3 inferior products in the past, hubby's birthday was the perfect time to treat him. Installation was easy, and he follows every instruction to the letter. He won't roll it up without a rag in his hand to clean it. The swivel fitting at the nozzle end has broken, but true to Hoselink's guarantee, it is being replaced. Couldn't ask for a better product or better service. If you've had the rest and been disheartened, do yourself a favour and buy the best.”
