“I have been extremely happy with my purchase of the 30m retractable hose reel. It was easy to install with clear user friendly instructions. As I have a large garden it was necessary for me to have a long easy to use hose. I am particularly impressed with the high quality of the product and the fact that it does not kink. The cover unfortunately does not cover the casing adequately and only just protects it even though I ordered the correct cover. Not sure if one size is supposed to fit all hoses. I have a Pope retractable hose at the front of my house and can see myself replacing it with a Hoselink in the near future as the quality of the products are poles apart. I am extremely happy with my purchase and would highly recommend it.”
“Thanks so much for this hose, have been seeing your ads for so long but never did order one until my husband threw his toys with the old hoses haha. The only comment that I think is worth a mention is our puppy also thought it a new toy to chew even when we had mounted it on the post, but the hand piece was left to dangle. My husband has since put a clip on the top of the housing so the hand piece can clip into it away from the pup. Will difinately be purchasing more of these products.”
