“Hose reel, hose & connections were A1. Extension hose connections (both ends) had NOT been connected properly & blew off at first use. Could not locate SPECIFIC FIX INSTRUCTIONS in brochures.After enquiry, e-mailed instructions were applied & all OK!!”

“Sturdily constructed with a simple mounting bracket, the unit is beautifully designed item, considering it is a hose on a reel. It works beautifully, and I am most impressed with the way it rewinds neatly in the casing, tracking back and forth across the reel to save space and avoid entanglements. The ball on the end to stop the hose from retracting completely into the housing is simple but effective. I think you can see that after a month or more, I am more than pleased.”
