“On our block of units I have had two retractable hose reels for about 8 years. They show some rusting and the plastic top is showing signs of sun damage. One hose lost its ability to retract and was told there was no service for this problem! I am a gardener and this made me really angry! I read a lot about other hose reels and felt that Hoselink was the best retractable hose reel I could buy and it came with extras, like a cover. I purchased the reel and cover a few months ago. The retractable hose is much better than the other one, and I can see that the cover will be an enormous help by eliminating sun damage, and hopefully, rusting of parts. I will, in time, replace the second hose, with a Hoselink retractable hose and cover. I like the fact that this family business appears to be happy to help with any questions and to address the housing of a neat and easy to use hose. I also liked that they had an answer to the hose refusing to retract!”
“Okay, this is a premium product and is priced as such. Go into any Bunnings, Masters (be quick there) or other produce places and feel their hose reels. The hoses are all of a much lesser quality (can tell just with feeling the hoses.) and the assemble etc does not compare. Even the retracting mechanism feels a poorer standard. Very pleased so far and do use it often. Just need one for the front yard now.”

“Really good all round product and solidly made. When pulling it out to 30m with the water on it can be quite heavy to pull against the tensioner, but that's partly the nature of the beast. I have also reviewed the spray head separately as its flow control can be difficult using the trigger but otherwise is great. Had the hose connector develop a leak after two years and their customer support immediately replaced it at no charge!!”
“I am very happy with the hoselnk product I purchased. I use it mainly to wash the cars. It has a long reach and a number of various styles of spray. It feels sturdy and robust. Not too sure about the long term, but all good so far.”
