“We are really enjoying our 30 meter retractable Hoselink product! The only disappointment was the screw on joint between the spray gun and hoselink fitting which leaked. You kindly replaced the faulty part and we have been thrilled with our hose and neat and tidy appearance of back yard area since installation. I do think the screw on joint should be replaced with the click together joint you are famous for, I think then you will have the perfect product. I will purchase another as soon as I can afford one.
