“Ridiculously easy to install and never leaks. We often forget to turn off the tap, since the unit is so watertight. Perhaps this is not the best thing to do, but we've gotten away with it so far. Easy to pull out and rewinds itself. Now we just need to remember not to run over the hose in the car - this was the downfall of our last hose! Unlikely though, since this one is always wound up when not in use.”
