“I was given this hose as a gift. Had it a few months now. It's just terrific. I found it easy to install using the positioning template supplied with the hose. Initially the hose was a little finicky in wanting to lock when being unrolled...but I found that by unrolling the entire hose then gently letting it rewind the hose seemed to bed in and it's worked faultlessly since. A little hint: I have taken to applying the following technique when rewinding the hose...rather than tug on the hose and walk the nozel back until it's fully rewound what I do is take the Nozel back to the reel, then with the nozel on shower, I spray my other hand as the hose runs thru my hand back into the reel... The hose is always clean, it's quite comfortable having the hose running thru my hand and I can easily ensure the hose return speed is controlled. Did I happen to mention it doesn't leak? It doesn't leak. Cool. It doesn't kink. Even cooler.”
