The company is great to deal with and I had my hose within 72 hours of placing my order. I have had the hoselink 30 meter auto rewind for several months now and I love it. The hose is super easy to wall mount and very easy to use. The automatic rewind mechanism is smooth and reliable, stopping at the desired hose length with just a slight tug. The pivot mechanism enables the hose to follow you even when you change direction. Strategically placed the 30 meter hose reaches my entire back yard. The quality of the hose, casing and connections is excellent. Furthermore, it looks good in my garden. No more kinks, knots, cracks or lost nozzles. No more trips back to the tap to reconnect a leaking hose. I am a bit of a neat freak so I really appreciate the fact that this hose virtually puts itself away when I have finished in the garden.
