Kicking screaming he rang customer service, as I normally have to do anything like that, who were in his words, nothing short of fanastic! Big call! “I have found our 30 meter hose to be very worthwhile and the fittings are all of a good quality, with no leaks or drips any where. I use the hose everyday and have had no leaking, or bursting at the tap with sprays of water everywhere. I have had a couple of kinks which are right up by the nozzle so not a problem; just twist the hand piece in your hands. I love the way it retracts smoothly into it's housing; so neat and tidy. The delivery was quick and freight free! The hardest thing about the hose, was fitting it to a strong enough post,one that is cemented in; once done its a breeze!”
