“Thoroughly impressed with this product. Purchased 30m hose reel as we only have 1 outside tap on house wall with cement paths already laid around home. Didn't want expense of copper piping installation to create new taps , However, the hose reel does the job perfectly. As it is situated 3 metres from corner of home. We find pulling hose around the corner to the extension of 30 m isn't ideal, so we extend it fully first and then can take the hose wherever we want it. Easy to return hose to reel afterwards as well. We are on rainwater with pressure pump and need to be conscious of water. The fittings are perfect, no bursting or leaks and we can just turn the water on while the system pressures up, the pressure pump then goes off until we are ready to flick on the sprayer to use the water. Marvellous if you want to work on vegetable garden and need occasional water during 2 - 3 hr period of planting, or washing car out front of house, switching off water flow at hand sprayer between sponging detergent and rinsing. Also can leave water on flow with flick and clip triangle on water sprayer. Perfect. Easy to install and very strong on swivel base. Best Christmas present my husband and I ever bought each other. Very happy customer. Worth the initial outlay.”
