“There are rarely problems with Hoselink products but occasionally something gets rough treatment in transit. This happened to our recent purchase of a retractable hose. It would not retract. When we rang Hoselink to see what could be done there were no questions asked they simply sent us a replacement. The replacement, and the one we bought our daughter for Christmas, Are just brilliant. Watering my large garden is now so easy. I will definitely continue to buy Hoselink products, confident they will work as expected or be replaced quickly and cheerfully.”
