“I love my reel! After a lot of fault-free use (3yrs) I experienced an issue with it retracting. I was pretty upset as I use it all the time and have loved it. One phone call to customer service and they immediately solved my problem in the most pain-free manner. A few days later I was once again enjoying my hose.The response to a negative issue was so good that it prompted this review, I can't recommend the company enough and I think it is a far better product than comparatively priced items in the big hardware stores (that I have also owned, but never will again!). Thanks to your customer service team, 10/10!”

“I purchased these products as I believed they were MADE in Australian only to discover they are made in China. I could have purchased another brand but decided to buy Australian. Such a disappointment to say the least. Won’t make the same mistake twice.”
