“I live on a 2.5 acre property and have been fighting with my various hoses for over 15 years, 2 hoses for the front gardens, a hose for the back garden, a hose for the Horses, a garage hose, and finally a hose for the vege garden. The quality and strength of your product is incredible, the hose and fittings are second to none and are simple to connect and disconnect, the spray selector on the nozzle-gun spins easily and still holds firm on whatever selection you make and the hose reel just glides in and out so smoothly even my children can use it and more importantly put it away, they just give the hose one gentle pull to release the brake and the hose smoothly rolls itself all the way back up into the reel, perfectly every time. I'm so pleased with my 30m auto rewind hose reel that I'm planning to purchase another one for the back of my property. But the very best feature that I love is when the hose has retracted into the reel there is no mess on the ground, it really cleans up the yard, it's simply awesome. “The Box has been opened and had a look at the Hose Reel. Just like the other products from this company it appears to be well made.We are currently renting a property and do not wish to hang this on a wall which has fancy cement and paint .As soon as we have our home next year I will be investing in atleast 2 more of these Reels as the are very convinient and will put an end to winding up our other three hose reels at present.
