“I bought this for my daughter who has a medical condition which restricts her ability to move her arm. She wasn't able to wind up her old hose on a standard hose reel and now she is happy to be able to be able to very easily pull the hose out and for it to also retract so easily. The hose, the winding mechanism and the attachments are all of very high quality.”

“We purchased 2 units, one for the front and one for the back gardens, and overall they are great. A couple of suggestions, as an older couple my wife has a degree of difficulty in pulling the hose out, but twice now it has escaped from her on the rewind and I am about to order a second swivel connector. If there is someway of making it easier to pull out, while either slowing down the retractor mechanism, or making the swivel connector sturdier, it would be the perfect product. Those issues aside I love it.”
