“Extremely well made and functional design is well done. Customer service personnel were very professional and easy to work with. There seems to be a customer service ethos in the company which is very refreshing. Only down side is the 30metre hose reel is hard to manage for a petete person, but it was no trouble for Hoselink to take the unit back, adjust it and re-send to us at its cost. Will buy more stuff from Hoselink.”
