“I have found this hose reel great straight out of the box. I haven't really experienced any water pressure loss that was highlighted that may occur with the 30 meter hose. The retracting feature works really well and I'm more that happy with my purchase. No more bunched up / tangled hoses on the ground or winding up and kinking the hose on a manual wind up reel anymore. I can highly recommend this to anyone looking for a retractable hose reel.”
