“I found this to be an extremely high quality product well designed and very easy to install and use. My 90 year old mother finds this easier to use than any other hose retrieval system that she has had in the past. A feature that I really like is the system for laying the hose on the reel. One tip I would give for pulling out and retrieving the hose is to do it without water in the hose. We did make one mistake when ordering as instead of measuring we guessed the length.
