“We had considered this product for some time and finally made the purchase. The online ordering process is easy and delivery was hassle free and prompt. We love our hose reel, we should have purchased it a long time ago. The old hose always annoyed me, the kids would never wind it up, it was always untidy and you would get wet from the leaky nozzle. Now its not an issue no leaks and the hose is always rolled away, the kids even say its easy, it practically puts itself away. We will be purchasing another one for the shed. WELL DONE, GREAT PRODUCT. My only suggestion would be, to add an on board tool caddy, somewhere to hang the jet washer and store the other click on nozzles.”
