“The 30m reel, we received is exceptional in every respect With our earlier reel it required a fair amount of strength to fully extract the hose and my wife would more often than not ask me to extract it for her...also it was found that the hose would not retract fully and about two metres was left hanging out.The new reel operates a lot more smoothly and more than meets all our expectations”

One small point if I may add it is possibly to include a rubber bumper which can be glued or screwed to a wall or the hose reel casing itself so the reel will not bump against the bricks when folded in to avoid damage to the casing.
