“I found the 30m Auto Rewind Hose Reel to be an excellent product, starting from the way it was packaged, sent and arriving in a timely manner. Being a female, I found I could a fix the wall bracket to the brick wall with confidence and I easily lifted the unit and placed it onto the bracket by myself. (1 negative, I wasn't advised about needing to purchase a specific size drill bit for the job). I have used this Hose Reel on numerous occasions now. I love its easy to draw out the hose line, and it automatically locking in place, when I stop walking the hose line out. I keep a steady hand on the hose line when its rewinding back in, as I'm afraid of it going back too fast and smashing into he hard plastic covering, as my first rewind when I only had a short distant taken out, went back at lightening speed and made a very loud noise upon contact with the casing. The actual Spray Gun is of a very high standard and the different gauges for pressure work very well and easy to select and change. I feels good to hold and looks nice to boot.”
