“I've had this hose reel for a while now. I was initially pleased but just like the rest, the connections started leaking, the reel is rough and needs you to feed the hose in,the trigger gun leaked from the start and now the trigger is jammed. I wouldn't write this as it happens with all hoses, but their marketing is based on quality and "no leaks".There are plenty of "premium" hose reels on the market for half the price of these. Disappointed this is the quality produced in Australia.”

“I had a problem with the hose in that it would retract all the time unless held firmly. A quick telephone call advised how to fix the problem, but regrettably it did want to be fixed. Another quick call and a return postage label was emailed. A new hose was shortly received and the hose works as indeed the previous four I had purchased have. My experience over a few years with these products has been great and all are still working as I expected they would. Great products and great service.”
“This was the second hosereel. The first was due in a week, didn't eventuate. It took numerous calls to finally speak with someone via your chat room, to get another hose sent out, which arrived two days later.”
