“Hoselink had all the trouble in the world with this transaction only because Australia Post has become the most unreliable service in Australia.The first hose arrive broken, probably dropped I’m transit.Hoselink posted another. This hose went missing for a period of 28 days after arriving in Perth and was eventually declared by Auspost as missing in transit.To their credit Hoselink posted a third unit which arrived in good health.Hoselink customer service followed the whole process and communicated regularly.Good old fashioned Australian service.PS the hose reel is great.”
