“Some time ago I purchased a 30m Auto Rewind Hose Reel with accessories. After a while the reel wouldn't retract properly so I sent an email to Hoselink explaining the poblem. I got an email back asking me to try a couple of suggestions to see if they helped. When that didn't help and the hose still wouldn't retract all the way I sent another email. “My husband set up our new auto rewind hose reel and tried it out, as all Hoselink products we have had before,(including the terrific hedge trimmer ) it worked perfectly. Next day I wanted to try it out, so wound it out and kept pulling, did not check the red tape to warn of end of hose line, and couldn't wind it back. I rang Hoselink for help, and to save our marriage, the lady who answered simply talked me through, just pull the hose with both hands and it auto sets the winder back up, that was a relief! The Hoselink products do all and more they are advertised to do, and the back up help line is allways there, luckily for me.”

“I could not speak more highly of the product in general. The product arrived in a short time after it was ordered. The quality of the product, ease of use and the best part, no drips from the nozzle or joiners are all welcome attributes of the product. “My Hoselink hose is the best asset I have in my garden. No more leaking nozzles dripping water all over my shoes! The water spray lever action allows me to turn the water on and off quickly while moving between my pot plants and I can vary the spray from full force to a tiny drizzle. When I pull the hose out from the reel it actually stops exactly where I want it, unlike others where it is a constant battle to pull out of the reel and lock in place when required. When I purchased the unit I received two different nozzles and have since purchased yet another type of nozzle with fitting as well. I will eventually change all my hose reels to the Hoselink brand. I waited far to long to make this purchase. It is absolutely fantastic.”
“we have other brand same product. after attending your stall at BHG show, decided to replace one watering station with your product. Easier to handle, the rewind mechanism seems to be more, for lack of appropriate word, firm. Clicks into release and stop without much effort. albeit my current watering systems are set up for the other brand fittings, your adapter makes it possible to function as required. The slide in connection system is also easier to use, especially as I do not have much strength in my hands. Have now added to this one station, two sprinklers of different format, each functioning perfectly to my needs. I am pleasantly positive to your brand”
