“At first I thought I had made a mistake by buying the largest i.e. 30 metre reel as it looked so big when we took it out of the box but after its' first use it became obvious that it was a wise choice because the length was required to reach all the areas it was to service. We found that it was easy to pull out with a positive brake at any length, a manageable hose(no tendencies to twist) and very easy retraction. We did remember to release the pressure from the hose before retracting it back onto the reel. I reverted from I to we because it is mostly used by my wife, a septuagenarian, who regards it as one of the best xmas presents she has ever received. Regards Richard”
