“The overall quality of the product is certainly impressive whereby you can actually view that you are getting quality for your money. The hose retracting mechanism feels strong not like other similar products where when you attempt to role up the hose into the hoses housing it feels weak and likely to break on you. I like my hoses to be neat and tidy at all times but have little patience in making the hoses tidy in any other way, other than with these hose reels. We have made our reels safe while we are at home by putting small locks on them but we were recently away for a few days, so took them down and put them under lock and key in the laundry as I would hate to lose them.
