The only reason not a 5/5 is the need to purchase additional fittings to link up existing hose fittings like a Karcher and other watering system etc. You really should supply adaptors to standard connectors as part of the purchase price. This was a Christmas present to my son but he could not use the hose for two weeks because of this incompatibility, it was embarrassing, and given the amount I paid and the fact your connectors are unique to Hoselink it’s the smart thing to do if you want to have a happier customer.”
