Hi Kelly, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We offer the plugs as a spare part due to older models not including the plugs. Therefore, customers can purchase these even if their Hose Reel is an older model. We do also state in the description for each Hose Reel that the plugs are now included with purchase. “Good product, but for improvements sake, the smaller plugs could be speared from the later ones to avoid some confusion while installing then. You could also provide a small length of plastic or timber dowel of exactly the right diameter with which to help push them in evenly and seat them. Apart from these two things, good product and I recommend then for older units.”
