“Great hose reel, works really well of my tank + pump setup with good flow rate. It's a little janky pulling out the full length of the hose, but I think that is mostly about where I've mounted it, it needs a full 180 degree swing to work well, and you need to be line of sight, it doesn't work well around corners, I should think about getting one of those accessories. Originally received a reel with a defect in the plastic housing, contacted about warranty and had a new hose reel in about a week. Fantastic customer service!”
