“Love the hose and reel. I have 6 of these in my house. Great quality.The only thing I don’t like is your adaptor to connect standard hose fitting, which are used for everything. The adaptor you supply is just too big and bulky. Great product though.”
“The product is great. I had trouble trying to order it online. We had 2 carts half full and in the end I had to ring up and place the order over the phone. The girl I spoke to was fantastic and very helpful. Much easier to talk to someone.”
“The plugs and screws they provide are useless. I questioned why they won’t hold the reel on the wall and was given a link to Bunnings to buy something else to use…. Not very professional As for the reel, it’s extremely heavy to pull out, the retraction isn’t the smoothest and it’s super noisy to unwind and retract”
“Typical, luck.... The very second I ordered it , it was advertised on the TV for $200. I would have saved $100 for buying the 2 as I did. I still haven't installed them , but I believe they are better than any bunnings bought shxt!”
