“The reel has a problem. When we rewind the hose, the mechanism slips occasionally and the hose has to be stopped, pulled out again and restarted. The spring make noise like the spring turns quicker than the hose. . I have another reel the same and haven't had any problems with it.”
“Hose reel is great, fittings are a great idea, just need an adaptor to fit the usual connectors to be able to connect to the pressure washer etc, I see they can be obtained, I would have liked one or two included in the original package.”
