“Dear Sir/Madam, I’ve purchased several items from Hoselink previously. I’ve always been happy with the product, however, on this occasion, after purchasing the retractable hose reel I found the last two meters of the hose fails to retract. I generally spend approximately ten minutes, or so, attempting to retract the hose. This, in itself defeats the purpose of purchasing this type of product. Perhaps there’s a regulator within the mechanism that would rectify the issue, however, at present, the product doesn’t do what it’s designed for. As you’ll notice, the hose reel is only new!!!!!”
“The nozzle, fittings and hose it’s self are all good.It seems like the spring tension isn’t high enough, and also there isn’t enough room on the reel. I have to help feed the hose back in, and it often won’t retract completely when the hose bunches even the slightest amount.”
