“Easy to pull hose out and retract - great idea to have the Hi-Flow hose! The handle clip could be further up the handle to secure the HOLD status more securely!”
“We purchased this hose reel 4 years ago, and it's been a pain from day one. It doesn't retract once you get to the end - with about 10 feet of hose left it will not go back into the hose reel. The only solution it to COMPLETELY run the hose out again and very carefully help it back into the reel. We've tried every method, making sure the hose no longer has water in it, making sure the guide is going back and forth, nothing works. I have been intending to contact hose reel (forgetting how long the warranty was for) but having young kids and a busy life it kept slipping my mind. It's now out of warranty and we'll be looking for a new hose reel, after wasting $320+ on this reel plus accessories I definitely do not recommend this product.”

“All good now, the first reel you sent didn't work to well, but the second one is working great and i don't trip over the hose any more. I have one of your reels out back , but didn't for the front yard.now I do everything is sweet.Thanks guys”
“disappointed that the second hose simply doesn't roll back up all the way into the unit. Not the biggest issue in the world, but we bought these as they look today and no hose reel on the ground. Now we have four meters that doesn't go back in. Tried troubleshooting, didnt work, but really things happen but when asked to do a review have to score it as see it”
