“The reel is great the hardware that comes with it to mount to brick is incorrect 12mm plugs for brick but use a 6mm bolt thats incorrect and they strip out had to get 12mm ramset plugs and 9.5mm coach bolts to suit now its secured properly. Also my first reel was missing every part except the reel and mount”

“Many apogees for delay in responding, but both of your emails failed to download their content and I was only able to retrieve said content this a.m.Firstly many thanks to Natasha for her kind, professional manner in my situation.By now you will have found out the cause of the very bad odour when the hose is first turned on and until water has cleared from remaking coil in the retractor. The replacement hi flow hose and the one I purchased in December do not suffer the same fate.Two other smaller diameter hoses I know of in this village both have the same bad odours when first turned on.Many thanks for your kind and prompt assistance in this matter.Best Regards John Dobbie .”
