“It was our first hoselink purchase and the product is around twice the cost of similar products at other places. We had a cheap retractable hose reel that worked in a similar fashion to the hoselink one. That one we used for years.This hoselink retractable didn’t last 4months of irregular use. We hardly used it at all.The retraction mechanism broke. The stars are there purely because the service team responded very quickly and sent me a replacement after I demonstrated proof of failure.I have no faith in the product now unfortunately.We’ll see if the replacement can change my mind.”
