Hi Gary,Thanks for your comments and sorry to hear this. Are you referring to the flow of the Hoselink standard 12mm Reels in comparison to the Hi Flow Reel? The Hi Flow should give around a 25% increase compared with our standard hose reels. Are you not finding this?Kind Regards,The Hoselink Team

Hose fittings in advert looked average however they are good quality metal fittings.The special tap connections put an end to leaks from the tap and hose I had experienced previously. The operation of the hose when using is very smooth and easy. Overall very happy with the purchase.”
