“I am very pleased with the performance and operation of the retractable hose reel.The mounting bracket supplied works well and feels robust to take the strain of pulling out the full length of the hose, the recoil function doesn’t have any trouble stowing the hose after use. I find the multi-function trigger nozzle extremely useful. I can still adapt the hose into existing appliances e.g. my high pressure cleaner. A fantastic product .”

“This is the first retractable hose reel I have purchased and a week after installation it is working well. Initially the hose would not extend fully or retract. After troubleshooting the issue on the Hoselink website, it was apparent that a cable had slipped off a cog and the guide wheel was not working. After fixing this issue, it extends and retracts as expected. I must commend Hoselink for having very clear instructions and pictures on how to fix common issues as well as how to install the reel. Overall happy with the product so far.”
