“From the very first use I am concerned that the hose doesn't retract all the way, its the last 1m of hose that doesn't go back into the reel. if it is doing this from the start then it will only get worse. This is only on the high flow hose reel so i would like to swap for the standard hose reel please”

“Love the product and can not fault the quality was just disappointed with customer service and pressure loss. Hoselink often advertise specials and add on's but when I asked about any current ones was told there was not any. Minuets later I had FB list a special after the conversation and then get a email with another discount just after purchase. Considering we have spent over $500 with the company in the last 12 months. We have the 30m hose and do get a noticeable pressure loss. This purchase was the high flow hose and still receiving greater pressure loss than I would have liked. Considering I have had other hoses of similar length and not noticed the same loss in pressure. I did speak to customer service about this before hand and they where not helpful even though I actually understand how pressure loss works! It would be nice to have some advertised figures on the loss.Overall I still recommend the product for it's quality and ease of use.”
“What a great piece of equipment! I had a 13mm x 20m version that I bought in 2012 that has been used every day since that time. Eventually, the hose wore out, mainly due to its constant abuse! The new bigger bore hose is of a higher quality build and delivers a much better flow - great for the job here! Purchasing was painless and the online pre sales support was outstanding!BTW, we are on tank water with a hi flow pump and 1 piping to the hose reel. Very happy!”
