What a BIG mistake,This new Hoselink 25 m high flow reel came complete ready to go.This product is outstanding, build quality is tough and very robust, the feed and return actuation set up is by far superior and outclasses my older purchase.Hoselink may be a little more expensive,but the products will and definitely far outperform because on their efforts in design and build quality. My only gripe with the supplier is that I wanted to purchase a 30 m high flow Hose reel set up but it does not appear to be on the shelves long enough,Any way, enough said, apart from the fact that I will be upgrading my whole outfit. “Noticeable difference compared to 12mm hoses, but I have good water pressure anyway. Wanted to be able to sometimes add another 30mtrs of 12mm hose for the furthest garden & can say that the reduction is not very noticeable at all with the hi flow reel attached first to the tap. Can easily interchange hoses/fittings & the unit feels very solid with a smooth rewind. The insect plugs for the screw holes are brilliant. The included spray head is solid with great spray patterns. Will buy more hoselink products due to their leakproof connection & quality.”
“From the very first use I am concerned that the hose doesn't retract all the way, its the last 1m of hose that doesn't go back into the reel. if it is doing this from the start then it will only get worse. This is only on the high flow hose reel so i would like to swap for the standard hose reel please”
