“I was impressed, firstly with the fast delivery and secondly with the sturdiness of the reel and functionality of the spray attachment. My only issue with assembly was that the grab handle has two holes each side, spaced at 80mm centre to centre, whereas the hose guide system has the holes spaced at 82mm, which meant a bit of modification to get the screws in appropriately.If I was asked what additional functionality could be implemented, I would say:- a brake for the reel, as this seems to move quite freely, with hose unwinding whilst moving the cart around; - a bracket near the top tray to hang the spray fitting on whilst not in use.Also, the grab handle assembly attachment to the frame's tubes would be better if the grab handle was wider at the base to go over the frame tubes, rather than inside the tubes, to prevent water entry to the tubes and potential corrosion over the years.”
“I purchased this for our community garden and it has been the best thing. we have multiple garden areas and the ease at moving the hose around between the spaces if great. And the little carry basket keeps everything in the one please”
“I love this product! I purchased it as I have a disability (stroke), thus I have left side weakness, and I was tied of always having to pull the old hose, that would kink and leak, and I’d have to stop, go and unkink it, then walk back, you get the picture, now I look forward to watering my plants, as the ease of taking the reel with me, and when finished I simply turn the handle, and move to the next area! Love it!”

“The metal hose reel and 30m hose was a dream to setup and operate. We bought a wall retractable hose reel when they first came out. It is still running strong in our previous house before we downsized. This is only my personal view, we have a narrow pathway where our tap is the extension that goes from the tap to the reel is not long enough as the reel blocks the pathway. Might I suggest various lengths be available for people with different needs.”
“Found it difficult to line the holes up in the first step and found the instructions with very small printing and diagrams a bit hard to follow. However once I had completed putting the cart together I am very pleased with the product.”
“The instructions need to be printed clearer and larger especially to show the lever part when assembly it.Also the u tube instructions do not show the location and how to pull the lever to finish the assembly.And it also doesn’t show where the pin goes through to stop it unwinding not that I have needed it.Other then that I am happy with it”
