“This seems good hose - simple good quality and reliable. So very happy with it. The reason I bought it is because the previous freestanding hose I bought from you - in a metal box was awful. The connector on the side of the box continuously leaked - the seals and design pretty awful. Hopefully this new one will be much better.”

“excellent product the best hose reel by far ,hose winds out with ease and retracts with ease also. the only minor critisism is the o ring on coupling kept falling out i found it very easy to assemble without looking at the instructions .would definetely reccomend it .actually my next door neighbour is buying one after seeing mine”
