“Love my new hose and cart. Relatively easy to assemble. Pin to lock one wheel into place wouldn't go through the plastic cap, but problem solved by heating the pin (caution when heating a and positioning it into the cap). Hose is great. Very easy to cart around (a little heavier than expected but manageable). Winds on easily.”

“Good until I just discovered on using for first time after winter break that both sides of the handle is RUSTING (see images) Not pleased as I only purchased in January 2020 ... no wonder warranty is only 1 year.I did not realise that a product made for use in the garden would deteriorate so quickly.Very disappointed.I hope that our retractable rose reels last a bit longer.”
“Bought hoselink because i thought it was Australian but when it finally arrived 2 months later i was surprised to see made in China, connected hose to water supply and the water came out of the side of the hose reel . On investigation the inlet tube was only half as long as it should be so no O rings fitted another week and a half before replacement arrived I would suggest quality control needs a lot of work. Otherwise hose reel is quite sturdy.”
