“After an extended delivery which was attributed to Covid - 19 -the product arrived with faulty parts. The crank handle snapped the first time I used it and the. Head of the hose does not stay on the hose. Please advise how to get these parts replaced.”
“Happy with the operation of the reel action and construction BUT my water pressure at the hand piece end and lawn sprinkler end is a fraction of what it was. Its almost like there is a blockage in the reel. i have tried to see if there is a blockage but seems not! Disappointed with the product!!”
“I've only been using this hose reel for a few days and I'm finding it very easy to use.The hose feeder works well when pulling the hose out because it directs the force downwards so that the cart stays stationary. It would be helpful if the assembly pamphlet had been updated to reflect the current model - we didn't need to do all of the steps that were outlined.”
“After waiting almost a month for delivery, the product itself was a disappointment. After a timely assembly with minute diagram instruction, It became obvious the plastic pieces were flimsy, and upon use, the portability clumsy. Certainly not a piece for the experienced gardener.”
