“The hose reel and connectors work really well. Only downside was the winder handle that snapped on first use - have lodged a claim under warranty and a replacement is on the way. I think the product looks great, not so sure as to how long it will last?”
“Hoselink has lived up to everything they are famous for. I am so pleased with the product, the longest, strongest hose I’ve ever had, only having 1 outside tap in the back corner, I need to get far distances. And the hoselink connectors really have no leaked a drop. Couldn’t recommend more!”

“I feel it is heavy to move around garden & the hose that connects to tap from cart not in great position . Mine is pointing to front of cart so have to position the cart in a certain position. . Not that east to wind up either.”
“We like this hose reel as the hose is long enough to do my entire yard and I love how it rolls back into the cart, but we only had it a few days before the cart tipped over on its side and broke the handle right off. It doesn't seem to be a very strong handle for this product, maybe it should be made of metal instead of plastic. It was covered under its warranty and we were given a replacement handle. Also, I think a universal connector should come with this product instead of having to buy one separately. Overall I still think it is a good product and I love supporting Australian businesses, especially if they can be Australian made as well.”
“Purchased hose cart & hose package. Easy to assemble cart. Even easier to sort out hose as already attached to cart. Cart is a really heavy duty cart. Rolls smoothly around grass. Fittings easily attached.Cart may be secured with supplied ground support pin (not used so can’t say how effective) Hose rolls out & back in smoothly. No leaks! Happy customer.”
