“Great hose that never kinks and so easy to wind up. Sturdy metal hose box. Only downside is that handle and hose connection cannot be moved to opposite side. Overall a great sturdy product and highly recommend”
“Attractive metal box - hose neatly winds into it with the clever mechanism (reminiscent of a sewing machine bobbin). Box is heavier than expected, I’d need a hand to move it from tap to tap- wouldn’t be an issue for those with more youth! Good that the box is heavy though as it anchors well when the hose is pulled around the yard. I will definitely be ordering at least one additional metal hose reel box with hose very soon for another location.
It’s the first time I’ve enjoyed a truly no leak hose system and I LOVE the hose gun and clever shut-off. I’ve spent so much money on hoses and connectors over the years that fail to deliver, however, this hose is completely different.
After a visit where they used the hose, my octogenarian parents are now Hoselink fans too. (They had been skeptics.) They particularly liked the handle to wind in the hose (easy on arthritic hands) and that there’s no need to mount a reel system to the wall.

“As a product it is quite neat and functional however I am having issues with leaks in the barrel area..Hoselink have provided some new components but issue remains..My intention is to reset everything & try again to solve the matter.My understanding is that if issue cant be resolved a new one will be provided.Hoselink team have been excellent is assisting with this matter”

“We have the traditional Hoselink but didn’t have anywhere to mount one out the back. This one looks good and is easy to use. It takes a little while to warm up - in that at first it’s just a bit stiff - but as you use it, it gets easier and more pliable. Really happy with it.”

“It is a good design alternative than the other product ( e.g. Evolve) that does not require fixing into a wall or a post. The external design, the hose, and the fixtures look in good quality.
However, there are things left to be desired or flaws. 1) Corners are sharp and hazardous for the kids (could have been better in curved). 2) The reel handle could be better foldable, so it can be folded when not used so not to be trip hazard. 3) One our first use, the hose surface has rub against the concrete floor underneath while winding in the hose. This is because the bottom of the box is open and any loose loops of hose will rub on the concrete floor. Now our hose has many hard surface scratches on first use — hence compromised its UV protection and longitivtiy. There should have been barrier at the bottom to avoid this issue. 4) there could better have a holder for the end sprayer. Without holder, the sprayer is dangling and touching the concrete floor and therefore have scratches over time.”
